Modifications & Notes: Held yarn quadruple stranded. Total weight of the finished Pod is 194 grams. I used 48.5 g of each 100g skein. I managed to get this pod and the original one out of the 4 skeins held double stranded. (And I still have yarn leftover from each skein!) This was my 2nd time holding yarn quadruple stranded. For size, a tiny doll fit into the first pea pod, and now a cabbage patch doll fits into the one I just finished, so I am sure a regular sized newborn will for sure fit into this pea pod. The original one I knit, maybe a premature baby would fit in. It does not take this long to knit (11 days according to my start & finish dates) I just had a crazy busy week and a half and didn’t have time to finish it in one or two sittings. I'm quite happy with the results of this second pod. Now I just need a newborn to photograph in it! (Smaller pod in these images is the original one I knit, it's in these images for size).
