I whipped up a bunch of these spiral scrubbies recently. They're a lot of fun to make. I think I will be making some more. I used Bernat Cotton yarn, (took only 16g per scrubbie) and used an H hook to make them. I followed this lovely youtube video, which is written in the pattern and voila, now I know how to make them off by heart! They're so easy to make. I can see myself making a ton of these for teacher gifts to go along with some nice body wash or something. I hope the teachers wouldn't think that I think they smell or something, if I make them a bunch of these. They're just too cute.
You know you want to make some too.
They're totally addictive.
My step-MIL has already requested some too.
I was extremely disappointed to find a knot in the skein. No fun!

I'll have to find that youtube video, I tried making those before but they did'nt gather right and looked really funny LOL
I love them! Thanks for posting that video, Robyn. I have made the knitted version (the tribble) but would love to learn how to crochet them.
Those turned out really nice. I remember buying some that someone made, but she made them out of nylon (I think).
The teachers will love them. Such a nice gift :)
those are cute! If anything, the teachers could use them to wipe up spills and stuff in the classroom!
Cool scrubbies! I need to try these some day. Thinking of using my Sugar/cream scrubby yarn for them.
Those scrubbies are awesome...the knot, not so much!
These are wonderful, I think I need to try some out myself.
I hate yarn knots! So annoying.
