I feel great & I wanted to share it with the world. Not only did I REACH my goal, I passed it! I weigh about (give or take depending on water retention, etc) 10 lbs less than I did at my wedding, and my wedding weight (155 lbs) was my original goal. If I can do it, you can to. I even started to throw in some exercise in my life. I started power walking/jogging (and running only on the treadmill, for now). I downloaded this fabulous app called MAPMYWALK (they even have MAPMYRUN, and MAPMYDOGWALK) and they even email me weekly to let me know what I've accomplished during the week. I still have a bit I want to tone (remnants of 3 pregnancies on my belly) and between some situps, and power walking/jogging, I hope it helps! If you have stomach toning secrets you'd like to share, please do!
Last week at a splash park.

You did it! Congratulations Robyn! You look great, :)
wow! You are an inspiration, Robyn! I find yoga and pilates to be great for toning arms, thighs, etc, plus very relaxing. I take a class at the YMCA called "Group Centergy" and it's a combo of yoga and pilates and I love it. I know at other gyms they call it body flow. My arms and legs and tummy look much better after doing this class for almost a year now.
You look wonderful! I can't wait till the baby gets here so I can work on getting some of this weight off!

You look amazing, honey! SO proud of you, that is such work!
My SIL was just visiting and has lost a bunch as well, so I'm buying the workout she was using and I'll be trying to start on that. I'm done having babies so it's time to reclaim the body a bit.
I'm so lazy and busy ... I'll get back at it yet again after the summer is over.
Wow!!! Congratulations Robyn! I unfortunately don't have any flat belly secrets, I wish I did. I'm still claiming baby fat and my baby turned 9 this year.
