09.04.10 :: 24 weeks pregnant = 6 months

24wks6mos

I’m now officially in my 6th month of pregnancy. 24 weeks. Baby boy is now viable should something (knock on wood) send me into early delivery. In the 6th month, the baby opens their eyes, and the baby is about 11-14 inches long, and about 1 and a half pounds now.

Goal: 13 more weeks without complications.

Today I got to enjoy watching Mackenzie eat breakfast with his bicycle helmet on.

And see my boys cuddle during a movie.

I took care of getting the laundry today.
Wrapped a baby shower gift that I will have soon.
Cleaned up my desk so that I could actually see the wood.
And started the 2nd sample knit. (Details on that tomorrow).
I went through our winter stuff, and discovered Mackenzie has a snow suit.
However, Sean on the other hand will need one.

I also enjoyed dinner at a local resto I'd been craving.
Had some good laughs watching this silly movie.

I think we're maybe possibly close to picking at least 2 names for baby boy #3. I think we'll be going into delivery with 2 names, and see what he looks like. We've never done this before. With both Sean & Mack they had names as fetuses. We called them by their name when I was still pregnant with them. They had their name set pretty much as soon as we found out it was a boy. This time... I can't believe we've known for over a month now... and still can't decide. Though, I think we're VERY close to having an idea. Thank you again for all your suggestions. Unless the name is already used in our family (or by close friends), we've considered the options.

Going to go fall asleep reading this book (and hopefully finishing it tonight).
I'm on page 295 of 367.
So close to the end.
