28 weeks pregnant today :: 7 months pregnant
I might not have gained a single pound in weeks...
...but I definitely feel like my belly is rounder.
Today we picked up all the stuff that Sean needs for his skating lessons which start soon. He's super excited. He wore his equipment all day today upon returning home from the store.
Mackenzie also likes to wear his bicycle helmet (today apparently backwards!). It's just too cute.
Tonight we had a wonderful Chinese Fondu with some friends. It's a couple that we do fondu with often, I guess it's "our thing" to do with them. I enjoy Chinese Fondu. Good conversation while you cook your food. What more can you ask for? We finished off the evening with some slices of my homemade apple cake (we're still floating in loads of apples that Sean & I got from apple picking last week - must find something else to use the apples for though, only so much apple cake one can eat!)
I'm almost done reading Jessica Z. As soon as I am done, I am going to do a review on both that one and Two Years, No Rain, which are both by Shawn Klomparens. So far, I am really enjoying Jessica Z, and have less than 100 pages to go. It's not my usual style of book I like to read, but totally worthy of reading & recommending. I will be having in the next few days the give-away for a brand new copy of Jessica Z. (I've already given away a copy of Two Years, No Rain, so now it's time for a 2nd contest for the other book). Stay tuned.
I've been working on the sample knit I am doing and I am not loving all the alpaca flying up my nose. I can't wait to be done that one, let me tell you. I'm definitely not a fan of this yarn. I would totally consider knitting this pattern again in the future, just NOT in that yarn.
I have another Pampers Gifts to Grow point code to share with you today, this one worth 50 points: JOINNOW4REWARDS - What are you saving up your points for? I actually just redeems 1650 points for a toy for baby 3 - as soon as it arrives in the mail, I will show you what I got for him.

Aww the pregnant belly is sooo cute! Plus those boys are pretty adorable!
You could always freeze the apple cake, couldn't you? Just sayin... :) I've actually got a great recipe for an apple-butterscotch cheesecake that I haven't made in forever. It's a bit labour-intensive though, so not sure it'd be the best recipe for you right now.
