This morning when I went to the nutritionist, I was down 34 lbs exactly. On my scale at home this brings me to less than my 155 lbs goal - since there is a 2.8 (or so) lb discrepancy between my home scale and the scale at the nutritionist's office. Apparently I must hit 152.2 lbs on my scale to be 155 on their scale. (Or rather 35 lbs would be 155.4 on their scale). I'd love to get to about 145 on my scale, that would be great, but I don't know if that is possible for me. We'll see. I'd still like to lose some more weight! I think it's totally possible.
I love this picture. Look at my waist! I have one! And no more double chin!! No more rolls! I haven't worn this shirt since before both kids, before I got married, and probable even before I met Jamie. that's how long I've had this shirt. It fits!!! I love it. And it's a pretty funny shirt too!
Today I ran errands with Mack for his birthday party. We had a bunch of stuff we had to pick up. On the way home he fell asleep in the car, and I knew that if I tried to transfer him (sometimes I'm lucky other times not), so I put the car in the garage, rolled down the windows, and worked in the den next to the garage to listen for when Mack got up. I have a gate that is now for the garage door to the house, for times when he falls asleep in the car. Naps in the car don't last as long as naps in his crib do - but they're still better than nothing!
Before getting Sean from daycare I ran to get some groceries and after getting Sean, I came home and fed the boys Mac 'n Cheese. I was alone with both boys tonight as Jamie went off to play off with his baseball team about an hour and a half from Montreal. They went to play 2 rounds of 18 holes. The boys were a handful tonight until they went to bed.
Now they're both in bed, and I'm kind of glad that I can just sit back and relax now. I've got some design knitting here with me, and I'm going to go catch up on some tv that I watch myself (girlie stuff Jamie won't watch!)
