I started Stabilization today at the nutritionist's office. I was exactly at my goal weight on their scale today! I am sooo happy! Look at them apples on my scale! It's taken such dedication to get here, I'm super happy. So I am in phase one now, which adds 1 extra fruit serving per day and 1 extra starch serving per day. I honestly would have preferred an extra protein serving instead of an extra fruit serving, but I will get an extra protein, either in 2 weeks or in 4 weeks. It would be nice to have 3 servings per day instead of just 2 for protein. But I'll get there.
On my way home from the nutritionist's office, I picked up a few last items that I needed for a few loot bags that I thought were in need of a few more items, and then headed home. Mack has been very predictable with his napping lately, so I knew I had to get him into his crib by a certain time or there would be a melt down. Disaster averted and he took a nice nap, while I worked.
After his nap, while we were waiting for my mother to come pick us up to go out for the afternoon, I found Mack under my dresser in the bedroom. Totally content and playing. He cracks me up. Not even too sure how he a) fit under there and b) was comfortable under there.
Zeus likes to hang out on the counter in my bathroom. I guess the ceramic counter feels nice and cool now that it's summer. He was so cute, he was begging to have his picture taken!
I ran some errands with my mother today, picking up some of those Stainless Steel Straws that Arès, as they called me that they came in (I had 2 packages transferred from another Arès location). We then went to go walk around the mall for a bit and I ended up getting a pair of jeans and pants at Old Navy in a size 8!! I cannot remember the last time I was in a size 8 pant. The last time I was at an all time low weight I was wearing size 10 pants. Size 8! I'm jumping for joy! This makes me feel soooo good! I still want to lose 7 more pounds, which is considered 1 pant size (7 lbs) so a size 7 sounds lovely too! I also got some tshirts for Jamie for Father's Day, and one of them reads "Not Now, I'm Watching the Game".... which is too funny. I got it in white and grey. I hope he likes them. (I also got Jamie from the boys 2 books on hockey - maybe he'll start reading again!??) and a hockey puck that has a collectors coin in it. I should dig those out of hiding and wrap them. Father's Day will be here before I know it.
I also got another dress for the party on Sunday. I really want to wear a brown pair of heels on Sunday and the black & white dress that I got doesn't go with brown. It's all about the shoes of course! But I managed to find a white dress with brown on it. I think it'll go perfectly with my brown shoes.
On our way home we stopped to get some groceries for the food that we have to prepare for Sunday. I have some baking/cooking to do tomorrow night.
When I got Sean from daycare today he was super excited that he got to drink water out of a Styrofoam cup and not out of a sippy cup. He did manage to spill water down his shirt (which is why I don't give him cups yet in our house), but the look on his face was priceless.
My father-in-law and step-mother-in-law came for supper tonight and we had a very yummy chicken cachetori (spelling?). It was really good. We had it over whole wheat spaghetti. Yum!
We started watching Game 7 tonight, of the Stanley Cup. We're in the middle of watching it now. We're letting Sean stay up to watch it, what a lucky boy! I wonder who will win? I'm rooting for the Penguins, as Detroit doesn't need to win it 2 years in a row! Plus I like Sidney Crosby - the Penguins captain! I am hoping to keep my eyes open to watch the rest of the game.

Congrats on entering the stabilization. Many yoga instructors would like to be as flexible as your son.
Congrats on keeping the same weight!!! You're looking good big sista!!! So proud of u!
Size 8!? Fab!!!
Too bad you fell asleep!!! Penguins won!!! Ahaha so cute that Sean can tell you which two teams played and who won!
We were pretty happy to see the Pens win, especially since I am so sick of the red wings!
i had to do a double take on the picture of mack. i was wondering why he was bending down like that until i read your post! sneaky lil guy!
The dress you wore at the party was adorable, you looked so cute! And I had no idea one pant size = 7 pounds. But psst! If you go down another size, you'll be a size 6!
